Accor signs agreement for a new Sofitel hotel in India: Sofitel Jaipur Jawahar Circle

Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, is proud to announce the signing of a partnership agreement with EBU Estate Developers Private Limited for the development of a Sofitel hotel in India, the Sofitel Jaipur Jawahar Circle. This new-build luxury hotel is scheduled to open its doors in 2028 and promises to redefine hospitality in the vibrant city of Jaipur.

Strategically located at Jaipur’s Jawahar Circle, the hotel will feature 275 exquisitely designed and spacious rooms, each offering the utmost comfort for guests. Joining Sofitel, the only French luxury hotel brand with a truly international footprint, the hotel will be a great addition to support Jaipur’s tourism expansion, bringing French joie de vivre and gastronomy, with four distinct restaurants and bars, where guests will savor a varied culinary experience tailored to their preferences.

IHCL Announces A New Vivanta Hotel In Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a new Vivanta hotel in Madhya Pradesh’s ancient pilgrim city of Ujjain. The hotel is a Greenfield project.

IHCL Announces The Signing Of A Seleqtions Hotel In Surat, Gujarat

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a hotel in Surat, Gujarat. The Greenfield project will be branded an IHCL- SeleQtions hotel.

Marriott International, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement in collaboration with Vasilakis SA to bring the JW Marriott brand to Greece. Anticipated to open in 2025, JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa will span 100 acres of coastal beauty and will be a haven for travelers who seek a luxury escape paired with exceptional service and holistic well-being experiences.

IHCL ANNOUNCES A 350 KEY TAJ HOTEL IN INDORE, MADHYA PRADESH

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants to make market debut in Italy

IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of its first Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants property in Italy. Joining IHG’s fast-growing luxury & lifestyle portfolio, now the second largest in the world, the Kimpton property in Sicily will open in the second half of 2025 and represents a management agreement with partner Società Turistica Alberghiera Taorminese.

The Kimpton signing in Sicily follows six luxury and lifestyle openings and signings by IHG in 2023, demonstrating IHG’s investment and focus on this key market.
