Sachin’s achievements are underscored by industry recognition, including the Top Performer Award at Boudl Hotels & Resorts, and F&B Manager of the Year (2014) by Hotelier India. His expertise extends to operational excellence, pre-opening success, and revenue enhancement, as demonstrated by his impressive results at Boudl Hotels, where he surpassed pre-opening revenue targets and enhanced the hotel’s GSI.

Sachin holds a Master’s in Tourism Management from IGNOU and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Thiruvananthapuram. He also completed the Chief Operating Officer Certification from IIM Lucknow in 2023, further strengthening his leadership foundation.

On a personal note, Sachin is happily married to Charu, and they are blessed with two daughters, Krishika (13) and Eshani (8). In his leisure time, he enjoys practicing Dhyana Yoga, driving, and reading on topics related to psychology, finance, and management.

His career has been marked by significant milestones, including his tenure at the iconic Leela Gurgaon, others where he played a pivotal role in managing the Food and Beverage portfolio, during high-profile events, such as the visits of two US Presidents and the Various Country heads, along with numerous other heads of state.
