HANOI, Vietnam (Jan.2024) — Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has welcomed a new Executive Pastry Chef, Stephane Prost, a French national who brings more than 30 years of international culinary experience to his new role at Vietnam’s most storied hotel.

Chef Stephane’s career has spanned all corners of the globe, from Europe to North America and from Africa to the Middle East and Asia, where his unique creations have drawn wide acclaim in Michelin-starred restaurants at 5-star hotels, as well as in resorts, palaces and luxury pastry shops.
