Tell us about your journey. How did it all start?
Hello, I'm a commerce graduate studying for my CA and was motivated by seeing a hoarding of hotel management students, it was the moment I decided to go for hotel management. I started my journey with IHG Crowne Plaza Delhi in Dec2005 as a Management trainee under the great leadership of Mr. Ranjan Banerjee & Mr.Grish Bindra our GM.

What do you think it takes to succeed in this industry?
My dedication and passion for my work, and I'd like to thank my mentors, who always inspire me to do better.

What are the attributes you look for while selecting or hiring?  If someone wants to work with you, what should they do?
I never hire people who want to be led; instead, I look for leaders who can lead others.

What advice would you give to a young, aspiring hotelier for their internship?
See we have to understand, there is nothing called a shortcut for any success. Success is always the result of a lot of hard work and dedication.

What is the one tech/app/software feature you would like to see?  This could be for guests, operations, etc. 
We live in the twenty-first century, and the world has advanced to high-tech. Today, we are all attempting to save time by using something good, user-friendly, and beneficial.

My destiny led me to the hotel and hospitality industry despite the fact that I had never considered a career in this field. But I'm very much happy with my decision.
