Mr. Niladri Das has been appointed as the General Manager of The Fern Heaven on The Hills, Hatgad-Saputara, bringing 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In this role, he will oversee the resort’s operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, team development and driving operational excellence to elevate the property’s performance.
Previously, Niladri served as General Manager at Sunotel Resort, Saputara and Resident Manager at Clarks Exotica, Bhuj where he played a key role in enhancing operations and guest services.  Niladri’s extensive knowledge in Food & Beverage Services, combined with his leadership acumen, positions him well to lead The Fern Heaven on The Hills to new heights. Known for his customer-centric approach, he is committed to ensuring memorable guest experiences and driving the resort’s continued success.
