Bengaluru, India – April 2024 – JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa proudly announces the elevation of Debalina Duttagupta as their new Room Division Manager. With a rich background in hospitality spanning over 13+ years and a diverse portfolio including esteemed hotels such as Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Marriott Hotels & Resorts Whitefield, Bengaluru and The Raintree Annasalai, Chennai, she brings a wealth of expertise in her new role.  

Debalina holds a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Napier University Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata. Her extensive experience and academic qualifications uniquely position her to lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments at the prestigious JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa.

Renowned for her exceptional operational acumen, Debalina has demonstrated a keen ability to oversee day-to-day operations while developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in guest service management, strategy planning and guest experiences.
