Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Minakshi served as the Room Division Manager at Hilton, Varanasi, where she was instrumental in enhancing guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence. Her journey in hospitality has seen her contribute her skills and knowledge to renowned establishments such as Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, and Hyatt Regency, Thrissur, where she consistently delivered exceptional results and garnered accolades for her dedication to service excellence.

Minakshi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, further solidifying her foundation in the industry and equipping her with the necessary skills to excel in her career.
