Hyderabad : Le Meridien Hyderabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Mervin Mathew as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Mervin brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the hospitality industry, making him a valuable addition to the team. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to achieve the hotel’s sales, marketing, and revenue goals.

With a distinguished career spanning 14 years, Mervin has held various significant roles within the hospitality sector. His most recent position was as Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Meridien Kochi. Over the past five years, Mervin has been a part of Marriott International, contributing his expertise to various brands within the group. His career also includes key roles at IHG, The Park, and Dream Hotel.

Suresh Natarajan has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Le Meridien Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Le Meridien Hyderabad has announced the appointment of Suresh Natarajan as their executive chef. 

Chef Suresh brings over 20 years of culinary expertise with him. As the Executive Chef of the hotel, in addition to expanding his skill set to put the finest experiential and gastronomic food and beverage concepts at the forefront, he will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations, which comprise the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, the banquet kitchen, and in-room dining operations.

Prior to joining the Le Meridien Hyderabad team, he worked with many hospitality chains including Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links, Crowne Plaza Electronic City Bengaluru, The Park Chennai, Le Meridien Coimbatore, Leela Kempinski Kovalam, Taj Connemara & others. His last assignment was with Rosetta by Ferns, Sakleshpur as the Executive Chef. 

Chef Suresh believes in utilizing local ingredients to bring out the best seasonal flavors in his dishes. He is a strong advocate of continuous learning and draws inspiration from different cuisines and cultures.
