Located on the North Male' Atoll of the Maldives, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands will be part of a luxury integrated development with world-class recreation facilities. The resort is composed of 100 spacious villas, from one to three-bedroom accommodations. The culinary experiences include 7 Restaurants & 2 Bars distributed between the resort and Fari Marina, the communal beating heart of the archipelago. Uniquely designed facilities include an experiential Kids Club, Recreation Club and Spa. JOB SUMMARY

Accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
