Ritesh Mishra has been promoted as a Director of Human Resources for DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer and Hilton Jaipur. In his new role, Ritesh will continue to support as a strategic business partner to the leadership of properties within the cluster and help enhance performance through proactive relationship management and HR advisory and support through close partnership with Regional and Hotels’ leadership teams with regards to driving Talent Acquisition, Talent Development initiatives, International Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, and standard HR operations matters.

Ritesh is a veteran in the industry with over 18 years of experience across India and has been part of Hilton for more than seven years. He has been associated with renowned hospitality brands like Carlson, Hyatt, and Hilton and played a key role in the successful six pre-opening assignments including DoubleTree by Hilton Agra, Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow, and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.

During his Hilton period, Ritesh launched many best practices. During his tenure, he has received many accolades and recognitions such as “Travel with Purpose” Action Grant in Hilton twice in a row and the Gender Diversity Champion for HGI Lucknow. In his personal life, Ritesh comes from the fast-paced city of Nawabs. He is a mountaineer and a fitness enthusiast. He also likes to practice Zen meditation.
