The MRS Group of Hotels Appoints Fareena Farid as Director of Wellness

National, September 2023: The MRS Group of Hotels, which includes the following three marquee hotels in its portfolio - Suryagarh Jaisalmer, Narendra Bhawan Bikaner and Mary Budden Estate, announced the appointment of Fareena Farid as the Director of Wellness. With over fifteen years of experience as a certified yoga teacher, Fareena excels in teaching various styles of yoga with a specialization in asanas, pranayam, yoga nidra and meditation among other practices.

Prior to joining The MRS Group of Hotels, Fareena was the yoga manager at Ananda in the Himalayas where she introduced several inward-looking practices to indulge guests in rejuvenating rituals. Fareena is also the brand ambassador for Proyog.

As the Director of Wellness at The MRS Group of Hotels, Fareena will be responsible for curating bespoke itineraries and experiences for guests who are seeking to embark on a journey of mindfulness and revitalization, catering to their specific needs. Fareena will also be conducting state of the art wellness sessions including aqua yoga, guided meditations, healing rituals and more. She strongly believes that yoga improves health and enables one to attain peace, concentration, and vitality.

Narendra Bhawan Bikaner in its new avatar retells the story of the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner, His Highness Narendra Singh Ji (1948 -2003). Born on the cusp of a New India when the old order had not entirely been replaced by the new, the young Narendra Singh Ji was coming into his own fashioned by the flavors and privileges around him. Keeping in mind the historical aspect, the hotel has a dining room known as P&C, a timeless and elegant place of dining that captures the charm of the lady of the house.

Mary Budden Estate is located within the beautiful Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary in Uttarakhand in the Kumaon region.
