Blisse Colaco joins DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji to lead marketing strategies and strengthen brand presence.

DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji is delighted to announce the appointment of Blisse Colaco as Marketing & Communications Manager. This appointment marks a significant step in the hotel’s strategy to bolster its leadership team and drive impactful communication initiatives. As part of her new role, Blisse will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and budgeting to strengthen brand perception and position in the market. Apart from this, she will also work closely with teams to develop narratives that will amplify customer acquisition and sales to achieve the overall business objectives. 

Blisse brings a wealth of experience, having spent over five years at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa- Marriott International, where she made significant contributions. Her professional journey also includes a tenure at Cidade de Goa, complemented by corporate roles at Alcon Victor Group and ICICI Bank in Goa. Over the years, she has consistently been recognized for her exceptional contributions and unwavering commitment to professional excellence.

October, National: DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji is delighted to announce the appointment of Nikita Dugade as Assistant Director of Sales. The recent senior positions onboarding is a strategic move underscoring DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji’s commitment to strengthening leadership. As part of her new role, Nikita will be spearheading on-ground operations, enhancing stakeholder relationships and overseeing sales operations in Goa.

Nikita brings with her a rich background from her tenure at Westin Goa, Westin Powai, JW Marriott Juhu, Vivanta by Taj Goa amongst others. She has been recognized with several prestigious awards throughout her career, including ‘Manager of the Year’ at Westin Goa and for organising and executing the "Shaadi by Marriott" campaign at JW Marriott, Juhu

August 2024, Goa: DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji is delighted to announce the appointment of Roselyn Marian as Director of Sales. This strategic appointment underscores DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji’s commitment to strengthening its business development leadership.

Roselyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge of over 13 years of experience working across several sectors. Based in Mumbai, she will lead the hotel’s business development operations aligning with the properties overarching business and sales strategy, particularly focusing on the MICE segment. Her extensive background equips her to lead the team with a focus on creating a target-driven environment.

Expressing her delight on the appointment she said, “I am thrilled to be joining the DoubleTree by Hilton Goa- Panaji Team. I am eagerly looking forward to applying my expertise and leadership skills to drive strategic sales initiatives.”

Roselyn’s professional trajectory includes working with seasoned brands, The Oberoi Mumbai, Taj President, Leela Mumbai, Marriott - NSO, and Hyatt Regency New Delhi. She was part of the pilot batch of cluster sales setup for Marriott in India.
