Park Hyatt Doha appoints new executive sous chef Fabio Fioravanti
/Park Hyatt Doha has appointed Fabio Fioravanti as executive sous chef. With over 16 years of experience in the culinary world, Fioravanti is determined to take the hotel’s dining experience to new heights.
Prior to joining Park Hyatt Doha, Fioravanti was head chef at Alain Ducasse’s restaurant in the city. Before his Qatar stint, he also worked in the famous Monaco restaurant Le Louis XV, at the Hotel de Paris.
With a proficiency in both Italian and French cuisines, Fioravanti is looking forward to joining the Park Hyatt team.
He said: “I am honored to join the amazing team at Park Hyatt Doha and embark on this culinary journey in one of the most culturally vibrant cities in the world.
“My mission is to create a culinary experience that celebrates the rich flavours of Italy while embracing the art of fine dining. I am looking forward to welcoming guests and letting them experience a new culinary journey in all of our venues.”
