Responsibility Include :

  • Efficiency of the Sales and Marketing Department to achieve the goal.

  • Establish sales and marketing plan and budget.

  • Follow, review and improve the Sales Performance Standards and Policies at all times.

  • Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.

  • Liaise with concerned departments to ensure that operations deliver the best quality product and service to clients.

  • Prepare monthly sales & marketing report on a timely basis.
