Located on the North Male' Atoll of Maldives, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands will be part of a luxury integrated development with world class recreation facilities. The resort is composed of 100 spacious villas, from one to three bedroom accommodations. The culinary experiences include 7 Restaurants & 2 Bars distributed between the resort and Fari Marina, the communal beating heart of the archipelago. Uniquely designed facilities include an experiential Kids Club, Recreation Club and Spa. Our Ladies & Gentlemen will have the unique opportunity to live in a dedicated village campus, with quality accommodation, with its own beach, entertainment and resort lifestyle facilities, which includes a dedicated learning center. The Fari Islands are 50 minutes away from Male by speedboat and 10 minutes by seaplane.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the resort operation in the role of Manager on Duty for driving Owner and Guest Relations at the resort, and for analyzing key metrics to help improve overall guest satisfaction. Monitors daily guest feedback results and identifies trends in customer experiences as evidenced within internal and external survey data, guest correspondence, and direct customer interaction. Engages all departments in resort operations to ensure plans and actions are in place and current in order to meet the needs and expectations of Owners and Guests. Acts as the “Service Champion” for the resort and seeks out opportunities to enhance the guest experience in all areas of the resort.
